At Resolute Consulting Group Inc., our foundation is built not only on knowledge of the WCB system, but on lived experience within it.

What began as an entry-level position at a law firm evolved into a long-standing personal and professional commitment to advocating for injured workers. Over the course of eight years, our founder worked closely with a senior WCB King’s Counsel with over 30 years of experience, as well as a team of seasoned legal professionals. While that mentorship provided a critical legal foundation, it was the hands-on, day-to-day work — working directly with injured workers, listening to their stories, resolving complex challenges, and delivering tangible outcomes — that truly shaped our mission.

Through that journey, our founder saw that many injured workers, once the providers for their families, are left feeling powerless, unheard, and uncertain about their future. Our founder recognized this gap — not just in legal representation, but in empathy, urgency, and advocacy. That recognition became a driving force to do more than manage claims, but to stand up for those whose lives have been disrupted by injury, income loss, and institutional barriers.

From advocating directly with decision-makers and drafting compelling submissions to contributing to legal briefs for judicial reviews, every achievement was earned through dedication, precision, and meaningful results — never shortcuts.
